By using this website and placing orders through it, the user agrees to the following terms:
Use the website only for the purpose of consulting products and placing orders.
Do not place any fraudulent or false orders. If an order is reasonably considered fraudulent, LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. is authorized to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Service availability. Users have the possibility to place orders for the items offered through the website for delivery to an address within Spain or to a European destination.
Purchase is in multiples of 6 (1 box-6 bottles)

Product Availability
Orders are subject to product availability. If difficulties arise in supplying the products or if items are out of stock, LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. will inform the customer of this circumstance, either by email or phone, and will refund any amounts paid for unavailable products or offer to exchange the product for another of the same value, depending on the customer’s decision.
Product Prices
The prices of the items include all applicable taxes but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount. LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although products will be billed based on the price in effect when the order is placed (subject to product availability).
The total price of the product(s), including VAT and applicable shipping costs, will be indicated in the order.
The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at the time, depending on the specific product in question.
For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT according to Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in each of these territories.
Shipping Costs to Addresses in Spain
For orders of 5 boxes or more, no shipping costs will apply.
Shipping Costs to Addresses Outside Spain
For orders to any country within the European Union below €, shipping costs will be €, which must be added to the total price. Shipping costs will therefore be borne by the customer.
For orders of € or more, no shipping costs will apply.
How to Place an Order
To place an order, you must select the desired item(s). Once you have selected all the items you want, they will be added to your shopping cart. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps requested on the website and follow the on-screen purchase instructions. Only the necessary data for the purchase and subsequent delivery of the order will be requested. Before finalizing the purchase, you must EXPRESSLY ACCEPT these terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy.
The data registered by the website constitutes proof of the transactions carried out. The customer will receive order confirmation by email.

Right to Cancel the Order
LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. reserves the right to reject an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute. Likewise, LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. has the right to reject or cancel an order for justified reasons, such as:
Error in billing information (incorrect or unverifiable)
If there is suspicion of fraud with the credit card
If it is not possible to deliver to the indicated address
If there are reasons to suspect the user is not a final consumer
If the full payment has not been made.
Payment Method
You may use a credit card as a payment method. In the case of payment by card, the total amount of the order, including applicable shipping costs, will be charged to the customer’s account at the time of purchase. Only payments in EUROS are accepted.
By paying by card, if an issue occurs during the process (e.g., if the terminal reports card denial), the order will be automatically canceled. The payment system via credit card is processed through BBVA’s payment gateway.
By clicking “Pay,” the user confirms the payment of the order and that the credit card is theirs. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the credit card data will be encoded. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if this entity does not authorize the payment, the order will be automatically canceled, and the system will inform the customer of this cancellation.
LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. also offers the option to make the payment via bank transfer.
The order will be sent to the address provided once the full payment has been confirmed. If the payment is not for the full amount, LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. reserves the right to withhold the order until full payment is received.
Delivery
Products will be sent to the address provided by the user.
The delivery time ranges from 24 to 72 hours (business days) for addresses on the mainland, and 7 business days for deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
The delivery time for addresses outside Spain ranges from 7 to 10 business days.
The indicated delivery times will be respected unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur beyond our control. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and offer you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
For the purposes of these terms, “delivery” or “the order has been delivered” will be considered when you or a third party designated by you acquire physical possession of the products, as confirmed by the signature upon receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
Failure to Deliver
If it is impossible to deliver the order to the specified address, LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. will attempt to deliver it to a third party designated by the customer or will try again on a later date. Therefore, if you are not at the address, please contact LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. to arrange delivery for another day.
If the order cannot be delivered within 15 days of being available for delivery for reasons not attributable to LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L., we will consider that you wish to withdraw from the contract, and the contract will be considered terminated.
As a result of the contract termination, we will refund all payments received from the user, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we consider the contract terminated. Please note that the return shipping may incur an additional cost, and LLAGRIMA D’OR, S.L. will be authorized to charge you the corresponding costs.
Order Cancellation
The user has the right to cancel an order without giving any explanation. This right is the right of withdrawal established by Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To cancel an order, you can use the form available at the “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL” link or notify it by email to info@llagrimador.com.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods or, if the products of the order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last of the products.
Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, the user must return the delivered products to the indicated address, bearing the return shipping costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us, we will be authorized to charge you the costs we may incur.
The right to withdraw from the contract applies only to products returned in the same condition as they were received by the customer. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, or if the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered or has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging with all the labels. We ask that you do not remove the labels until you are sure you want to keep each item.
After examining the item, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. If the return includes the entire purchase, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will proceed with the refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the canceled order.
If the return only includes part of the order, the correct procedure has been followed, and the products are new and unused, we will only refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.
Return of Defective Products
If you return the products because they are defective or not as described, we will refund the full price of the products along with the shipping costs incurred for the return of the item.

For the avoidance of doubt, these transfers, assignments, encumbrances, or other transfers will not affect the rights that, if applicable, you, as a consumer, have under the law or annul or reduce any warranties, either express or implied, that we may have granted you.
